How do you get there?

Nearby airports and major cities:
  • 30 minutes: Cedar City regional airport (CDC)
  • 1 hour: St. George regional airport (SGO)
  • 3 hours: Las Vegas International Airport (LAS)
  • 3.5 hours: Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)

How much is the deposit and what is the payment schedule?

  • The deposit to secure your date is $4000, $1000 is a refundable security deposit, $3000 goes towards your total amount due.
  • 50% of your balance is due 6 months before your stay/event
  • Your balance is due 30 days before your stay/event

What is the cancelation policy?

In the event of cancellation, $1000 of your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the cancellation happens within 45 days of your stay, a $3000 cancellation fee will be issued. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is non-refundable. Any balance due will be due immediately.
Exception: If military deployment orders are issued to the Renter or immediate family, the above fees will be waived if your stay is canceled more than 30 days before your arrival date. Cancellations less than 30 days before your stay will have a $1000 cancellation fee.

Your website says you can sleep up to 120 people. How does that work?

We have a total of 61 beds (including pullout couches and bunk beds). Each bed can fit 2 adults.
We have 12 suites with private bathrooms:
  • 2 extra-large master suites with a king bed in each
  • 4 large suites that each have a king bed and pullout couch
  • 1 ADA friendly suite with 1 king bed
  • 4 suites with two queen beds in each
  • 1 suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch
And 3 bunk rooms:
  • 1 bunk room has 9 double sized bunk beds with one shared bathroom
  • 2 bunk rooms, each with 12 double size bunk beds and 3 double beds (15 beds total in each of these bunk rooms). Each has a shared bathroom.
We have 20 portable memory foam mattresses if you want extra beds in any room.


What comes with the barn rental?

What comes with the estate rental?

  • Plates, bowls, appetizer plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, cooking pots and pans, utensils, some plates and cups for the deck, kid cups, plates and spoons, and other commonly used kitchen appliances. We do not provide disposable plates, bowls, silverware and napkins.
  • Wine glasses, drink glasses and other bar items. 
  • Toilet paper and paper towels.
  • All soaps including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, and all soaps for the kitchen and laundry rooms.
  • Towels for the bathroom and kitchen. We also have 20 hot tub/swim pond towels. Please bring more hot tub/swim pond towels if you will need them.
  • We have an iron, ironing board and a steamer.
  • On-site amenities: 20 acres, pickleball court and equipment, hot tub, swim pond, firepit, all parking spaces (about 60 spots and a pasture for overflow parking)
  • Extra tables and chairs can be provided to use on the back deck.
  • A chest freezer and bags of ice can be provided. 

Do you have quiet hours? 

Are pets allowed?

We do not allow pets in the estate or the barn.
Please inquire for exceptions if your pet is in your wedding.
Inquire about brining your own horses or renting horses.

Can I host an event in the estate without renting the barn?

  • Events with 60 guests or less are allowed in the estate. A table and chair setup fee will be added.
  • An event planner/coordinator is required for all weddings. 
  • The barn is required for all events with more than 60 people. 

What is your alcohol policy? 

Are outside vendors allowed?

Yes! Outside vendors are allowed. We just need a copy of their insurance and we ask them to fill out a vendor form with us.  

Can you send me a list of vendors in the area?

Yes! We can send you a list of vendors that we have worked with and know our property.
